The clubhouse is approximately 1 mile from the town centre on Hornsea Road (Norwood), immediately on the Beverley side of the level crossing. Nearest train station is Beverley. It is 15 minutes walk from the bus and train stations.

Beverley is an historic market town with many pubs serving good ‘pub grub’. In addition there are several top class restaurants serving Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Turkish, Italian and Indian. Additionally there is a renowned fish restaurant at the railway station, Cerrutti 2. Hotel accommodation is plentiful in the area with The Lairgate in the town centre and the Tickton Grange Country House Hotel, three miles away in the village of Tickton.

The recently opened Flemingate complex offers further choice of restaurants, accommodation and shopping.
